Welcome to Mindful Home and Body, where we are dedicated to helping you empower your life and create a better and healthier you.
I was born in Nantes, France and resided there until my mid 20's. I graduated from the University of Nantes with a tri-lingual Master's Degree planning to become a professor
although I knew deep down in my heart that life would show
me where I needed to go.
As a young child, my instinct would guide me to put my
hands on people when they got hurt. I would ask my father if
I could put my hands on his knees which were hurting him and
tell him that he was going to feel better.
One day in college, my friend burnt himself and I
immediately put my hands on his hand and the burn and pain
went away. When I heard a friend's mom was learning Reiki, I
knew some day I would too.
While working for years in New York,
I embarked on a journey to discover what my true passion
was. I practiced meditation diligently, enrolled in Tai Chi
classes and began another chapter. A series of
synchronicities and encounters led me to take Reiki classes
from the International Center of Reiki Training. Under the
wings of Kathie Lapinski (RN, MSN and Master Teacher of both
Karuna Reiki® and Usui Reiki) herself trained by William Lee
Rand, founder and president of "The International Center for
Reiki Training," I became a certified Reiki Master
practitioner. Practicing first on friends and family and
overwhelmed by the positive feedback, I was then guided to
open my home base practice and even travel to patient’s
homes for treatment. It then became clear that working with
healing energy was to become my life’s purpose.
I later started my Feng Shui
trainning. It all came together. After completing my
certification in Traditional or Classical form Feng Shui and
now Flying Star, I am able to combine both Reiki and Feng
Shui to bring ultimate balance and harmony to my clients’
homes and bodies.
